Professional Experience
Mr. Morin is a seasoned business and sales executive with 44 years of corporate and business development experience. During the last 27 years, he has held key roles in Shell Energy North America, Centerpoint Energy Services, and Avista Energy Corporation. He has successfully built and developed three energy start-up companies (two gas companies and 1 electric power marketing company), expanded existing operations in both existing natural gas commercial and retail operations, and was the President of the non-regulated division of a NASDAQ traded energy utility. Mr. Morin has successfully written and managed several hundred power and natural gas supply and performance contracts representing over $6 billion in energy sales during his energy industry career.
